Your business files in the Werkplek
You organise your files in folders, nested too, and share a file with colleagues, each with a role. When you upload a new version, the previous version is kept. Deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days. Files works in the web app.

Folders, nested too
You organise your files in folders and put folders inside other folders.
Sharing with colleagues
You share a file with colleagues and give each colleague a role.
Upload a new version
Upload a new version of a file. The previous version is kept.
A 30-day trash
Deleted files stay in the trash for 30 days, and you can restore them in that time.
Works in the web app
You open Files in the web app of your workplace.

Sync app for your computer
An app that makes your files available on your computer. Until it exists, you work in the web app.
Moving files over from OneDrive
Having your files moved over from OneDrive in the Beheercentrum (admin centre). Until it exists, you move them yourself.
Moving over from OneDrive or SharePoint yourself
We do not move your files over for you yet. You do it yourself.
You move your files from OneDrive or SharePoint over yourself, by hand or in bulk. In Files it works like this.
Create a folder if you need one
Create a folder and give it a name. A folder helps you organise your files, but you do not need one: you can also upload straight into Mijn bestanden (My files).
Upload your files
Drag a file onto the list, or pick one from your computer.
Share them with colleagues
Choose Delen (Share) on the file, find a colleague and choose a role.
Where your data is and how you sign in

- Data and backups are in Germany, in a Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein. In addition, Cloudflare (US) sits at the edge of the network, Mistral AI (a French company) comes in when AI is used, and Stripe and Mollie handle payments.
