Not yet. Mail on your own domain: not yet, we are working on it. Until then you send from a Noveu address, with IMAP, SMTP and webmail. Your domain name and your website stay where they are now.

Your data and backups are stored in Germany, in a Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein. The data centre holds an ISO 27001 certificate. At the edge of the network we use Cloudflare (US) for DNS, CDN and DDoS protection, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The AI assistant is included in every Werkplek tier (not an add-on): text generation runs via Mistral (a French company; according to Mistral, that data is stored in the EU by default), semantic search runs on our own infrastructure in Falkenstein, see /ai. Noveu itself does not hold an ISO certificate yet. Our draft DPA and the full sub-processor list are public at /legal/dpa and /juridisch/sub-verwerkers (both in Dutch).

You cannot pick a larger package yourself in the portal yet. Contact us and we will look at the options with you.

You can cancel monthly through the customer portal, no long-term contract. You export your calendar as .ics, invoices as PDF, documents as DOCX or PDF, and your mail is accessible via IMAP (account password, or an app password with MFA).
