Noveu Mail

Yes. Noveu Mail is business email on a Noveu address, with IMAP, SMTP and webmail, without the rest of the workspace. Email on your own domain: not yet, we are working on it. The current rate is on the pricing page.

As a plugin for WordPress. You install the plugin, activate your licence key and connect the workflows for quotes, intake and planning.

In the customer portal at portal.noveu.eu. There you download invoices, cancel your subscription and create a support ticket.
AI Studio
Product pageWhere does my text go when I use AI?
The search happens on our side: the search index of the assistant and the conversion of your question into a search vector (bge-m3) run on our own infrastructure in Falkenstein. All AI functions have their text written by Mistral AI, a French company; according to Mistral, that data is stored in the EU by default. For the assistant, Mistral receives your question, up to five earlier turns, the passages found with their source address and what the assistant looks up for you, such as emails, tickets and invoices; for the mail helper, the sender, subject and text of the email.

For NIS2, BIO and NTA 7516. The console is in the design phase: evidence sets per period and reports for the board are being built in. Per framework you can see on the compliance page how far along it is.
