Every Werkplek subscription includes the AI assistant. The search happens on our side: the search index of the assistant and the conversion of your question into a search vector (bge-m3) run on our own infrastructure in Falkenstein. All AI functions have their text written by Mistral AI, a French company; according to Mistral, that data is stored in the EU by default. AI is off by default: Noveu turns AI on per organisation. In an organisation where AI is on, all members can use the assistant, guests cannot. There is not yet a switch for your organisation to turn AI on or off itself. What works now and what does not yet is on the AI page (in Dutch).

Noveu Mail
Email on our servers in Germany (Falkenstein). AI reads along, summarises and drafts replies; the text is written by Mistral AI (a French company), and according to Mistral, that data is stored in the EU by default. For the mail helper, Mistral receives the sender, subject and text of the email.

Beta: chat in conversations, groups and channels and share files. A summary of missed messages is in development.

Planned: video calls from a conversation in Messages. Not yet enabled.

Plan, edit and delete appointments in a day, week, month and list view, with a location or meeting link. Inviting participants and setting a recurrence is not yet possible.

Write documents with formatting, share and export them. Editing together is in development.
