Two ways to
use it
As a standalone application
Noveu Process is an application of its own, so you can also use it without the workspace. It is built to run on a dedicated server per organisation. A public version is not yet available: you see it in a demo, and then we make a tailored quote.
In Noveu Werkplek
We will also include Noveu Process in the workspace, alongside mail, files and chat. Then you start a process from the place where you already work. That is planned: the workspace does not have a process module yet.

Drawing processes
You put steps, forms, conditions and approvals one below the other in a visual editor.
Approvals on your rules
You define who approves what and up to which amount. Anything outside the rules goes to the right person.
A work area per person
Everyone sees their own tasks and what is waiting for them, so a handover does not get stuck.
Insight and logon request
Lead times and a log of who did what and when. How far along this is, we show you in the demo.
AI for routine workon request
An AI module that makes a proposal at a step, which a human reviews. You will see this in the demo too.

Later, controlling agents and robots too
The roadmap says that you will later be able to give a step in a process to an AI agent, and later still to a robot. That is planned. Today a human carries out every step.
Questions about process automation
- What is process automation?
- Work that always follows the same steps, you define once: who requests something, who approves it and what happens next. The software sends each step to the right person and keeps track of where the work stands.
- Is Noveu Process workflow software, BPM or low-code?
- It is workflow automation with a visual editor: you draw steps, forms and approvals without programming. It is not a full BPM suite for process modelling; the aim is that work does not get stuck.
- Where is my data stored?
- Noveu Process runs on a dedicated server per organisation. Your data and backups are stored in Germany, in a Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein. This is the same as with Noveu Werkplek.
- What does it cost?
- That depends on your processes and your number of users. Fixed prices are not yet available: you first see Noveu Process in a demo, then we make a tailored quote.
- Can I use it in Noveu Werkplek?
- Not yet. Including it in the workspace is planned; the workspace currently has no process module. As a standalone application you see it on request in a demo.
