Noveu at a glance

Noveu Solutions is a Dutch software supplier. We build a digital workplace with email, files and documents for organisations that want to know where their data is stored. Where your data is stored

Your email, files and backups are stored in a Hetzner data centre in Falkenstein (Germany). Cloudflare (US) sits at the edge of the network. The other parties we use are listed on the list of sub-processors (in Dutch).

What you use from Noveu

  • Noveu Werkplek, the workplace itself. Live: Business email, Calendar, Contacts, Files, Documents and Notes.
  • Noveu Mail, business email on our own mail server in Falkenstein (Germany), primarily European like the rest of the platform (page in Dutch). You can also take it separately from the workplace.
  • NoveuFlow (in Dutch), a WordPress plugin for appointments, customer management and invoices. Everything about the plugin is on noveuflow.com (in Dutch).
  • Noveu Process, for process automation. You can see it separately in a demo, on request.
