Noveu WerkplekStart page
Your start page shows your day: today’s appointments with a Join button for a meeting link, your unread mail and where you left off.
Mail works with any client over IMAP and SMTP.
Calendar
Invite colleagues and external addresses to an appointment; they receive an invitation by email.
Meetbeta
A guest joins without an account: enter a name, then wait in the waiting room until the organiser lets them in.
Contacts
Your address book, with import from vCard and CSV.
Files
You organise your files in folders and share them with colleagues, each with a role.

Start page
Your start page shows your day: today’s appointments with a Join button for a meeting link, your unread mail and where you left off.
Mail works with any client over IMAP and SMTP.
- Schedule a message, attachments included, for later and cancel it until it is sent.
- An unsent message with its attachments is stored on the server and you pick it up again on any device.
- Your own domain, with your own email addresses.
Calendar
Invite colleagues and external addresses to an appointment; they receive an invitation by email.
- Choose Noveu Meet as the location; the link is in the appointment and in the invitation email.
- Plan appointments in a day, week, month or list view.
- Calendar and contacts work with CalDAV and CardDAV; you export your calendar as .ics.
Meet
betaA guest joins without an account: enter a name, then wait in the waiting room until the organiser lets them in.
- In our database we erase a guest’s name 24 hours after the request to join, or earlier once the meeting has been closed.
Contacts
Your address book, with import from vCard and CSV.
- Contacts work with CardDAV.
Files
You organise your files in folders, nested too.
- Share a file or folder with a colleague or a group, each with a role.
- With Upload new version on a file, the previous version is kept.
- Deleted files stay in the bin for 30 days.
Files works in the web app.
Documents
Write documents with formatting and export them to PDF or Word.
- Import a Word file (.docx) and export a document as a Word file or as a PDF.
- Share a document with colleagues and choose a role for each person.
Messages

Administration
You manage members and roles in the workplace settings.
- Invite employees, choose whether someone is an employee or an administrator, and resend or withdraw an invitation.
- The audit log per organisation can be exported as CSV.
- Your own domain, with your own email addresses. You set up your domain under Workplace settings, Domains.
